As SVP and General Manager at PAR Technology, I led a $150M business unit through some of the most volatile years in recent memory. We launched an AI-powered drive-thru system, doubled adjacent market revenue, and improved hardware gross margins by 7 points—all while navigating COVID, supply chain chaos, and shifting customer expectations. What made it work? A relentless focus on clarity, execution, and empowering the right people.

Before that, I helped shape GoPro’s mobile and cloud strategy, launching the company’s first live streaming feature and driving a 22% spike in daily engagement. At Qualcomm, I managed a $300M enterprise portfolio and led cross-functional teams through complex product cycles and strategic partnerships.
